We create unique conservation estates of boutique lodges and second homes that are planned and built to the highest level of sustainability. We consider ourselves and our partners custodians of the places we work in and strive to contribute positively to their communities and environment

 
 

We develop less than 5% of the land with a high-value but low-density development, with a percentage of all operating profits being channelled back into the community or the environment

The remaining 95% of the land is protected in perpetuity; never to be built on. This creates further scarcity and boosts long-term land values
