Ngarra is led by Tom Palmer and Toby Gray

Tom is a sustainable development and conservation tourism specialist. As a director of Milton Group, Tom is involved in the delivery of some of the world’s most exciting conservation tourism developments in countries like Panama, Tanzania, Rwanda, Mozambique and Zimbabwe.

Toby is an environmental engineer with 20 years of international experience in sustainable building infrastructure and natural resource planning. Toby is currently Head of Sustainability Leadership at the Infrastructure Sustainability Council of Australia.
